"There was minimum preliminary discussion (e.g. color, prep, etc). They power washed the exterior, allowed it to dry, scraped off old flaky paint, sanded, and painted. I didn't like the color first coat, and without objection they adjusted it to my liking and applied that new color on the second coat. What a difference it made. My house looks so much better now. They were fast and efficient, neat and clean; at an affordable price. Thank you Jesse."

Although it wasn't included in the contract, the crew did some additional touch up painting of some doors & baseboards"since we already have the trim paint open."  I had also asked if I could use their ladder to clean and change lightbulbs in the hard to reach chandelier;  I came home and found that they did it for me.  I expected that with the additional work done that they might add on to the bill, but they didn't.  Instead I was more than happy to give the crew a good tip.

"Better than imagined. We got a few quotes from reputable painters in the City. All seemed a little high. I received a message from someone on Angie’s list recommending Tim with ET Painters so I called Tim. Great decision! Tim came out out a Saturday, evaluated the job and gave me his quote. Very personable, honest guy. When I hired Tim I told him that he wouldn’t have to paint around our rain gutters, but then we had new gutters installed.
