"Justin was extremely good about showing me problems with my deck before he put a coating on it. There were several problems that I authorized him to fix and they did a good job. He saved boards where he could. It was a bit pricey but still only half the price of tearing down and putting up a new deck. I had a couple of problems but we worked them out."
