We got several estimates - E.M.Texture was very competitive. What impressed us most was how patient and transparent Rob was. He explained what needed to be done and provided several alternatives depending on the scope of the work. He was very responsive and answered all of our questions. They took great care of everything, actually took things off the wall like light plates and blind frames, instead of just panting around them. "The guys went beyond the simple inspection and caulking as described on the purchased Angie's list package.  They also cleaned the roof and removed debris from the gutters the morning of the blizzard.  Their straight forward honest approach and thorough answers to my questions is greatly appreciated.  I'll use them again in the future.

"I paid a little extra apart from the big deal.  The gutters were not included in the Angie?s List big deal so I also paid the extra money to have them do it.  The job went very well overall.  I was pleased.  Their professionalism and clean up was fine, there were no issues.  They used a cleaning solution to clean the sidings so there is a possibility that there will be an impact to the greenery down the ground and I think it?s just a minor impact but that it will be understandable. 

He did a good job and he let me know about the additional cost.  The price of the Angie?s List was good.  He seemed to get all the places and I did not identify anything that was not cleaned.  He was good in terms of quickly scheduling appointment for me and I didn?t have to long time.  I think he arrived at the time he said he will arrive.  I had no issues with his professionalism.   "
