"The man came out to refinished my tub. He was 2 hours late and then when he left there were 3 large runs, dirt under the paint, and he painted over the existing caulk. He came out the next day and sanded the runs and other spots and repainted the sanded areas and tried to leave before painting one of the sanded areas. He came back in and painted a small area. There is still powder and grit on the tub and grit under the paint. I tried to have him come back, and he cancelled twice. After calling again they came back out on Monday morning. They had to sand the whole tub again and repaint it adding a clear coat to the paint. We have been out of a tub for 8 days now but the job is at least better than it was the first 3 attempts. I would not recommend this company due to the amount of times they had to come out to get the job to an acceptable state."

"To have a bathtub reglazed takes a lot of prep and clean out on the customers part. There are a LOT of noxious fumes. Ventilation is critical. After-care and curing time are also critical. Read the warranty!"
