"Desert Fine did an excellent job painting the entire interior of my new home. They were very diligent and professional. I recommend them highly."

"I hired the AZ Painting Co to repaint the exterior of my small stucco home. They also replaced some rotting wood and power washed a small stain on my block wall. At the time they were offering a 10% discount. I thought they did a great job, worked quickly and efficiently and I would definitely hire them again!"

"They did an excellent job. On time and professional. They did my interior paint and did it for less than any other quote. I would refer them to all my friends and family."

"First Class Coatings for garage epoxy was OUTSTANDING! First of all you will work with the owner first hand, Eric. He was super easy to work with, very informational, easily communicated, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I had just bought this house and the garage stem walls were a mess, disintegrating all over. Eric and his crew addressed all the damage and did a great job transforming this garage floor! I did my research on the options in this space and once you realize it is saturated with alot of fly by night companies you will soon realize that you get what you pay for......and after careful research First Class Coatings was exactly that, FIRST CLASS. Thank you guys for your hard work!"

"Dany recently painted the exterior stucco on our house. He did a great job. The cost was reasonable and his work was professional and neat. I would use him and his crew again in a heart beat."

"Work was done well, did not expect the grout to have a yellowish tinge to it, wanted bright white."

"Looks great! Cleaned every day before leaving"

"Bought the list for a painter for a day and then sent a message saying I would need an additional day.  He said he would send two painters that same day. That was fine with me.  I needed to have ceiling, trim, and walls painted in master bathroom and toilet closet.  He did a great job.  Told him do as much as he can in the time he has.  He got 95% of it done.  Just didn't do the trim around two of the doors.  I didn't think he would paint the doors, but he did.  That was great since we hate painting the doors it takes a long time.  He did a great job and worked hard.  Jorge was working in the kitchen and family room. We just remolded so had new floors, new counter tops and redone cabinets.  He did a great job to not get paint on anything.  He was able to get it all done in the time allowed and did a great job.  When he was done he was asking anything else.  So I had a bunch of touch ups around the house he took care of for me.  I got a quote for another job doing the entry way, hallway, and stairs with very high ceilings.  So they will be back.  Thanks for a great job.  I love the color.

"

I had first written a review about this company's work on 2/21.  I had advised how impressed I was with everything that was done, and also stated I would not hesitate calling Michael again when I needed something else done.

As it turned out, in March I decided to have all the flagstone in my backyard enhanced and sealed. As with the case when I first  utilized Michael's services a month earlier, I sensed he was very knowledgeable and honest.  He had not wanted me to hire him until he was sure he understood what I wanted, and before I knew what the results would look like.  To get us to that point, he took some water and applied it to the surface of some pieces of flagstone. Michael asked me if I liked the color it turned when it was wet. He advised that it would be very close to how the flagstone would look when enhanced.  My wife and I liked the enhanced color very much, so we advised Michael to go ahead and schedule us. .

On the first day, he very carefully power washed all the surfaces. He was extremely careful to use the right amount of water pressure so the flagstone surfaces would not flake or deteriorate.  It was important that this prep work was done properly so the enhancer/sealer that was to be applied the next day would be able to penetrate the flagstone pores and remove all dirt on the surfaces so a perfect seal could form.  He did not miss a spot and there were no issues.

The next day, Michael returned.  On his hands and knees for a good 3 1/2 hours or so, Michael meticulously applied 2 coats of the  enhancer/sealer.  He followed the instructions exactly by brushing in a first coat and coming back to the same surface 5 minutes later to wipe it with a rag so there was no solvent bubbles or residue.  He conferred with me and suggested that a second coat would allow for a better seal and also facilitate that the color enhancement would be bolder.  Michael was dead on.  The color deepened and popped.  Michael followed the same procedure for the remaining flagstone surfaces.

So once again, Michael had done a superb job.  There were no surprises, no stalling to extend the hours to raise the cost, and exceptional care was taken as if the work was being done on his own house.  There is nothing else to add, other than, Thank you Michael, you will hear from me again."
