"Kris and Andrew did an exceptional job replacing worn cedar trim and painting our house. This is the second house Kris has painted for me (his work was exceptional on the first house as well). Not only are both guys skilled craftmen when it comes to painting, but they also are excellent at caulking (something that is equally important but often overlooked - as I have found out in the past with other painters). Additionally, Kris is always fair with pricing, uses exceptionally high quality product/paint/caulk (again something that other painters will cut corners on) and does what he says he'll do. You can trust Kris and Andrew to do your job the right way - they are craftsmen that take pride in their work. "For starters this guy (Len) and his crew did an outstanding job. I am really picky and not exactly easy to work for - I will admit. I don't mind paying a fair price but I expect the work to be excellent, not just good, but excellent. Nothing worse than lousy worksmanship.
This painter exceeded my expectations. I wanted my ceilings painted white and the walls a different color, plus I have crown molding to deal with and I needed the lines to be perfect - they were. I just can't say enough on how happy I am with the work. It feels like I am in a new home. I don't think I will ever look for other bids when I need painting after this experience.
The price was very competitive as well, plus  he honored a discount for me looking him up on Angies List. Other bids came in higher and the contractors were not nearly as responsive as Len. He came to my house promply to a**** and provide a bid. I found him to be very patient and very polite. He was very helpful with suggestions with color and type of paint. When it came time for the work he was on time and finished on time. My house was spotless when he was done. Prior to payment he wanted to make sure I was happy with the work, if not he would make it right.
I rarely have an experience this pleasant when dealing with contractors. If I could provide an A+ rating I would. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top quality painter. I strongly doubt you will be disappointed with Len and his crew.
I will be needing more work done and will not hesitate to have him do the work.

"Mr. Sullivan brought an assistant and they cleaned our Appleton 2-story Victorian home's gutters and repaired a spot damaged by an ice dam in last year's severe winter. They were pleasant and professional. I would recommend them for this work and will be calling them soon for another gutter cleaning.

"Exceptional job. I would hire them again. Actually I will be. I had a tight timeline and they totally worked with me to get in and get what I wanted done by the date I needed. The 2 man crew that did the work did a great job, circuitous and respectful of me and my home. They taped off and covered so dust did not get into the other rooms, they cleaned up nightly. Took their trash with them. They showed up everyday and completed the work in the estimated 2 weeks. I did call about painting my window sashes shut and they fixed it immediately. I also called about some light spots in the paint that I was not happy with and they came out and put another coat on no questions."
