Dann was professional, friendly, and his estimate was significantly less than the other guy so my decision was simple. Dann not only did a fantastic job of painting my home, but he was so incredibly nice and accommodating. I had just moved into my new home and was doing a lot of remodeling. Part of his job was painting new doors that I had ordered and the doors arrived several days late. He had to adjust his order of completing things and did it without complaint. I also had to put his job temporarily on hold mid-way through completion for a couple weeks because my one-year-old had to have surgery. I'm sure that was a huge inconvenience for Dann but he was so understanding and agreed to come back when things settled down for us.
