"Leonard & his team are one of the few contractors that we would hire again. They were all professional and polite with excellent quality workmanship. The crown molding is just about flawless with well matched joints and no gaps anywhere, including the vaulted ceilings. The painting, which included a 2 story foyer is very well done. The 2 coats are applied evenly with consistent coverage and color. Leonard was especially patient as we chose colors for the several rooms. The crew was curtious and hard working. At the end of every day, they cleaned up the work areas and made sure that there was nothing to spill or trip over. The work was done as scheduled, with the exception of 2 snow days and the addition of several additional tasks that were fairly priced. We highly recommend Leonard and his team, and will gladly use them again."

"The only issue I have is recently 3 spots have appeared in the tub here the paint is coming up. It has only been 1 year and 4 months since they performed this service. I repaired it by getting a $7 kit from Lowe's and it seems to be holding up so far."

"Job was bid as 2 days, prime bare wood, paint 2 coats enamel. Price seemed fair for that work. The good: workers on-time and pleasant, all surfaces were well sanded, final finish looks good. The uncertainties: no primer in sight. Asked painter and he said primer only used on new cabinets not repaint jobs. There was some pealing and bare wood exposed on cabinet doors. Enamel paint can says to prime bare wood before top coat. Job bid for 2 days and finished in 6 hours because they only allowed 30 minutes drying between enamel coats. Paint can says dry 4 hours between coats. Maybe will be OK because it was a warm dry day. Won't really know if job will stand up for a couple years. Based on 3 workers for 6 hours, allowing $100 for paint that works out to over $90 an hour. Even with overhead that seems excessive and I feel like I am overpaying for what actually occurred as opposed to what was bid."

"J.W. Home improvement came out and did a thorough analysis and estimate of the various projects we needed addressed. They scheduled the work to start a couple weeks out, and they were able to start a day early. We had 2 fabulous workers at the house 8-10 hours a day. The quality of their work was superior, and they were able to complete all the work in far less time than estimated, mostly due to their efficient use of time. They communicated with us every day to ensure we were on the same page with everything. Even though all the work was outdoors, they wore face masks all the time. Great company, great workers."
