"Anybody that has ever had work done at their house knows that contractors come with headaches. It's just a fact of life. What sets the good ones apart from the rest is how they deal with them. This is where Atlas shines. Max was our first contact and helped us put the contract together. However, the contract had some important differences from the estimate. When we pointed them out, Max apologized (claimed it was a form difference between the online version and the paper copies they carry). No big deal, they happily corrected the differences and we agreed to move forward.

Once work started, there were some disagreements with the workers about the use/reuse of materials. Also, once the roof was torn off, we were faced with a major course correction with regards to the roof over the den. You never know what lies underneath until the top comes off, so to speak. Lastly there was a spot that was missed that required a revisit from the foreman. In each case, Berry and David were exceptionally professional. They provided a workable solution for the den and addressed the more minor issues. They showed clear leadership over their teams and resolved all the headaches to our satisfaction.
