"Our self-managed HOA very much appreciated CE's (especially Artem's) straightforward demeanor. CE was able to replace our roof that had apparently been done poorly during its 2005 reno. When water continued to come into our home, they were willing to come back to install a diverter to help mitigate the issue from continuing. We are hoping that it will be effective but we do not yet know for certain until we get rain."

"Milton Roofing Arrived on time, climbed the roof, found the area where the shingles where wind blown off, explained what had to be done, quoted me a reasonable price so i told him to fix it. It was late in the day so I assumed the work would be completed the following day. No he said it may rain, New shingles (matching !!!!) were installed, everything cleaned up. This is the second time I have used Milton Roofing and once again am very satisfied with their work and pricing. Thanks Milton Roofing!!!!"

"Presidential Exteriors is a great company to do a roof replacement with! We had our roof replaced in early February 2021 and we couldn’t be happier. The whole team was amazing to work with. Nate worked closely with us every step of the way to make sure we were happy and getting the best product and prices possible. He really made us feel like family. Elena was great at communicating every step of the process. The day of installation team was amazing. They dropped off the equipment one day before the project even though it had snowed the night before. The morning they came to do the roof, we still had ice on the roof, but instead of delaying the project, they scraped all of the ice off our roof and still got the whole roof done in one day! Our new roof is great and we couldn’t be happier. We very highly recommend Presidential Exteriors for any roof inspection and roof replacement. We will absolutely be keeping them on our list for any future projects with our house."

"I used Unicorp to replace my roof and siding and the entire experience was hassle-free. Brian came to my house on a weekend to assess my needs & provide a quote. I was assigned a team at Unicorp. Every single member of that team (Megan, JR, and Brian) were always available and courteous. In addition to courteous interactions, the work on my house was flawless. I am so happy with the new roof, shutters, & siding. Everyone in my neighborhood could tell during installation that this company was professional & once the work was completed many of my neighbors said I have the nicest house in the neighborhood. After installation another company damaged my newly installed siding. Unicorp responded immediately and the repairs were made - again hassle-fee.
