"We received outstanding service and quality installation from Smith & Ramirez Roofing. We are totally satisfied with the new roof. Alex Ramirez gave us first rate service leading us through the process, describing the various types of roofs, and was very patient and professional in answering all our questions. Alex is very knowledgable and friendly. He was easy to reach, made all appointments, and kept us informed every step of the way. His office staff was also easy to reach and very helpful. The foreman and roofing team that did the actual work showed up on time each day and did a great job tearing off the old roof and disposing of it. The job-site was left clean and Alex personally came over to make sure everything was to our liking. The new roof looks so great that several neighbors came over to ask about the work that was done. We are very happy that we selected Smith & Ramirez for this job. Highly recommend!"

"Outstanding! Our roof was in need of repair and the stress and worrying about it quickly diminished as soon as Jacob and his crew showed up at our home. "It went great! They were very quick to respond and get me on the schedule. Before the repair, they showed care and concern for my home by going above and beyond in preventative work. At no cost, he put a tarp over my roof to prevent leaking when a storm was coming. He also was very communicative with my insurance company to ensure the job was done in full and correctly. "My experience with this company from the 1st phone call to the installation to the service after the job was
completed has been great. They did a good job of communicating with us along the way and letting us know what to expect.
Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were very impressed that the owner of the company sent us a card with his contact information and encouraged us to call him if we had any questions or concerns. The installation crew showed up on time and finished the entire job in one day. They kept things neat and did a good job of answering my 1,000 questions I had
for them during the installation. A special thanks to Mr. Trey, who went out of his way during the installation of the solar panels to make me feel comfortable. When I called him with questions about how the waterproofing worked, he stopped the entire job and brought me up on the roof to show me how the special roof brackets keep things from leaking. We have just received our first electric bill and it was significantly lower than the same bill last year. We would recommend this company.
