"Robert was very knowledgable about roofs and took his time assessing the problems.  Went well above and beyond what I expected.  Checked out my crawl space for damage and repaired missing shingles and patched up around chimney and vents.  He also fixed the few drain pipes that were loose, something he didn't have to do but was kind enough to fix.  He spent a lot of time on the roof and at my home, I definitely got my money's worth!  I am now considering a new roof and would hire Robert and his company to do this work.  I really trusted him and believe he would do a great job with this.  I would recommend him for any work you need, very professional!!!

"Adriano and his team at Ferreira Roofing were excellent.  When I called for a quote, Adriano was on time and walked my Dad and I through his quote and the roofing process.  He took the time to answer all our questions so we were very comfortable when we decided to give him the job.
Within two weeks of accepting Ferreira's quote, the supplies were delivered and the job started on the next sunny day.  The original roof was a patchwork of different roof jobs--because of the size and additions to the building.  We had no idea what was underneath the shingles -- on the old and newer sections of the house.
The entire roof was cleared off in one day and underlayment replaced where necessary.  Prior to the sun going down the first day, the entire area was clean and the driveway checked for loose nails so my family could park that evening.  We even checked after the workers left and could only find one roofing nail near the edge of the driveway. I was impressed.
The next day the roofers were back at it and completed the job.  The final clean up was thorough and when they drove away, we had a beautiful new roof.
Adriano came by himself after the job was completed to inspect his team's work.  
Excellent job!  Once the weather warms up, we will be having our GAF Warranty inspection.  I feel confident that the inspector will find the job first rate.

"Putting a roof on can be a stressful process, never mind an expensive project. While Waterman was not the cheapest contractor I interviewed, they took the time to go over all aspects of the job, in detail, inspected attic and suggested moving the vents to the roof instead of the side of the house for better ventilation of the bathrooms and dryer. They also performed minor wood repair on the trim, using PVC boards instead of wood. Perfect fit and finish. Rerouted some of the downspouts as well. They registered the warranty with the roofing manufacturer as well. Very efficient installation. Crew worked well and fast without appearing to actually rush. They were just very efficient with their time and skill. There was a company rep there all day to keep the project on track. Only downside is, they were very busy, and our install date ended up being a bit longer than we expected. When the day came, they did a great job. The cleanup, the worst part of any roofing job, was done very well. We did, since the job, find a few nails on the ground. However, overall, the property was well respected and not damaged otherwise."
