"We are giving Hoyt Roofing a 5 Star rating, because of the excellent job they did on the installation of our new roof. The whole process only took four days and the workers went over and above to keep us informed of the progress and maintaining a clean work area. We were impressed from the initial meeting where we discussed and deciding on the terms and conditions to completion of the job. They were not pushy or try to upsell their products. We highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a new roof."

"We have a historic home and there was additional care required to replace siding beneath the roofing material at the eaves. The team at Jordan roof completed the entire job in only 4 days, they fixed up our dormer which had shingles that had deteriorated, and repainted some of the shingles. Our home looks better than ever! Great responsiveness, fair pricing, and high quality work."

"Francisco was marvelous in responding to all of my questions and concerns from start to finish. His team was on time every day. They walked me through the plan of the day each morning. At the end of the day, they thoroughly cleaned the worksite. I was very impressed with the work done. The front office staff were very responsive and kept everything on track. I had a couple of change orders. Francisco took them in stride. At the end, his team completed the job quickly, on time, and with a high standard of performance. Roofs are an expensive project. It is important to pick the right team. I'm beyond pleased with the work done by this company."

Maintaining your soffit is essential. You must inspect it twice yearly to catch any clear signs of deterioration. Look for cracks, mold, rotted wood, sagging sections, chipped paint, or missing boards. If these issues are detected, contact a professional immediately to repair or replace the damaged soffit and protect your home’s structural integrity.
To maintain your fascia boards and soffits, inspect them regularly to protect your roof and home's structure. Clean your gutters to remove debris and prevent moisture buildup. Repaint any damaged sections to keep moisture at bay. Upgrading drip edges and vents improves airflow and dispels moisture efficiently, helping you avoid severe damage and costly repairs.
While installing a new soffit over an existing soffit isn't common, it may be necessary in some older homes. If removing the original soffit could damage delicate structures, a professional might recommend installing the new soffit without complete removal. Always consult a qualified professional to assess the condition and ensure this method is safe and effective.
When hiring someone for soffit and fascia repair, choose a specialist with proven roofing and gutter systems expertise. A knowledgeable contractor will thoroughly inspect your home and provide a straightforward repair or replacement plan. Check online reviews and ask for references to ensure you receive high-quality service that delivers lasting results and strong protection for your home.
