From start to finish they did exactly what they said they were going to do once I decide to use them for my new roof. The roofing system they use is second to none as well as their team of professionals that did the removal of the old roof and the installation of the new roof. From start to finish they had representatives on the ground and on the roof constantly keeping me updated as to the process, any damaged or rotted decking to the completion of the new roof and ensuring the roof system was being installed to the manufactures specifications. Throughout the process they were constantly taking pictures with a drone that they use to capture pictures of the removal of the old shingles, any damaged or rotting decking to the complete installation of the new roof.  Edward Rollins at PGRS came to my house to inspect the gutters. He told me they would take care of the problem and there would be NO CHARGE!   He then sent some pressure cleaners to clean the gutters.  Next he sent out his gutter specialist who immediately realized in needed an additional downspout in a lower corner of the roof to handle the water flow.  He also placed end caps on the gutters so birds could no longer nest in them.  In another area he placed screening to handle the water flow.  During each phase of the operation Ed Rollins would call me to ensure my satisfaction with the work that was done.  I received the same attention I got when they installed the roof and gutters/covers and were being paid.  Amazing. In my experience, it is rare to find reputable people like Ed Rollins and PGRS.  They stand behind their work and place the customer first.  Even 5 years later.  I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof or gutters and covers.

"Had a ceiling leak that was clearly coming from a roof issue. Had the guys that put the roof on originally come out and they pulled out their drone and then came back with a $1,000 estimate. I decided to get a 2nd opinion, Mike from 4 Seasons came out, actually pulled out is ladder and inspected by getting up on the roof (imagine that!). He said he could do what the big roof company wanted to do for a little less but was not necessary and it was clear it just needed some resealing in one area where two roofs came together. While he was up there he inspected another area and nailed down a shingle or two and did another minor fix that caught his eye and was preventing water from dropping into my gutter guard topper (was flowing over it). The repair has been through at least 2 very heavy rains so it looks like the repair worked and I saved a ton of money. I have already referred them to a friend who may need a roof."
