"William and his crew did an excellent job. Mike, the insulation guy, was punctual and professional. He meticulously sealed all the leakage areas in the attic, replaced and re-vented the bathroom exhaust fan and blew in new insulation. The attic R-value probably doubled. The roofing crew ( 5 guys) arrived around 5:30 and virtually attacked the garage roof. Within two hours, they had stripped off all the old material and replaced it with new paper and shingles. They were neat, clean and picked up all residue from the shingling. The gutter guy did an excellent job, was diligent and detailed in hanging the gutters and installing the gutter covers. "Chase from Excel Renovation was great to work with regarding our residential garage roof leak. He was very personable and there was excellent/ professional communication in talking through the potential issue and then scheduling a time to meet. Chase ended up starting with a simpler repair approach first, re-fastening and re-sealing a roof flashing, which we agreed was the right thing to do for our type of roof leak (very small leak) and for this cold time of year (late Nov). He was very honest in what he thought was the likely issue and digging deeper right away in our case, instead of just resealing and testing first, may cause more harm than good. He would not take any money for the repair…I tried though. :-) He said to keep an eye on it during the upcoming rain and snow melt(s) and he could always dig deeper if needed in the spring, removing interior sheetrock and then applying water with a hose over suspected area on the roof. If you’re looking for an honest company that won’t steer you wrong, give these guys a call. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely work with them again!"
