"We hired Cox to repair/replace the both sides of the church's pitch roof at Our Lady of Hope Church in Dundalk. They took off the old roof, added plywood, new cloth and shingles. We are talking about a roof that is 1000's of square feet! The job was done within the allotted time. The clean-up was superb! The price was 17% below the closest bid price. A most excellent result from a fantastic company."

"Service went great. Available dates were a little backed up but reasonable. The technicians, Mikey and Garret, showed up on time and called with a 20 min ETA. Service was well explained, with pictures, and honest assessment of the roof's condition was given without aggressive upselling. Work was conducted quickly and done well. "From the 1st meeting with the 1st PHR's representative, I was sold. I was so impressed with everyone's kindness and professionalism, making me feel very secure. Our coordinator showed us a few videos of the process. Every question we had, he answered without hesitation and he provided samples as proof. We signed that day and within one week, we had a beautiful new roof with an even more wonderful guarantee. The crew arrived on time, they were all courteous, kind and clean. The entire project took one day. I was contacted by several people during the course of the day and after, in person and by phone, to make sure everything was going well, then after the crew manager walked me around the house to make sure I was happy. The perimeter of my house looked as though the guys vacuumed my lawn it was so clean, better than before they start. We are both so happy with our new roof and our entire experience, we will definitely use PHR for our next project... siding."

"There's nothing worse that dealing with pooring rain and strong winds and then hearing the drip, drip sound of water coming into your home due to a damaged roof. I reached out to roofing repair companies through Angie's list and Roofing Pups responded. Marcus came out the next day and put my fears at ease. The bad news was that I needed a new roof. He showed me my options available, categorized as "good", "better" and "best". Despite my choosing the lowest option, he still threw in some discounts and upgrades at no additional cost. I signed the contract and he arranged for someone to come out at tarp my roof. He even went the extra mile of going to Home Depot and setting up buckets in my attic to catch the water still coming in. The roofing crew came out two days later and gave me a beautiful new roof. They then meticulously cleaned the area. It was great working with Roofing Pups. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend!"

"Mike came out prompty to look at the damaged siding. Came out a second time to show me color samples for the replacement siding. Told me when the siding would be received and came out today and did the work. He and his helper cleaned up after the work was done. They did an excellant job of fixing the siding. He had given me a very reasonable estimate. I have asked him for an estimate to replace the roof and will have him do the work. Very professionable and friendly. I will recommend him to friends and family for any work they might need done."

"My roofing issues was a little bit complicated because I have solar panels and two old dishes on the roof. Mr. Farmer was with me every step of the way. I had the solar panels removed yesterday. Mr. Farmer was here and he will remove and discard these satellite dishes when installing the new roof. Meanwhile he had the new shingles delivered today and they will be ready for him Friday to start on my new roof. Him and his staff are very personable and professional. Yes, I would recommend him."
