Roman came out to do the estimate and answered all my questions showed us our options and went though everything. We contacted him a few days later to set up the job and he was out to help us with some minor details. From the very beginning he showed wonderful customer service and he was definitely a customer advocate, which really sold me to go with Sunset Roofing. He had us on the schedule very quickly, and the entire process took less then 2 weeks from getting the estimate to having the roof replaced. "Everything went mostly as expected with our roof replacement. 20 sections of plywood sheathing and some rafters were replaced beyond the original estimate but we were told that might need to happen, and the extra cost was specified beforehand. Project was completed in one day despite the extra work. Accidental damage was repaired promptly with care by skilled tradesperson with knowledge on how to do the specific repair. March 24, 2023."
