"Martin Tittes at MLT Inspections is the most thoughtful repairman I have used. When traffic held him up, he called to let me know. When he was on our property, he was constantly thoughtful and respectful. When he saw me struggling to move some furniture, he came to my rescue even though the task was unrelated to what he was hired to do. He was knowledgeable about types, styles and colors for roof tiles and helped with that selection. He knows the guidelines and rules for roofing jobs and made sure our roof complied. The job was done well, at a good price, and Martin and his crew were completely pleasant during the days they were doing the job. When they left, everything was cleaned up and just as we hoped.
