"They showed up as expected and did a great job on the repair, which we needed done quickly. We also had scheduled a quote for the whole roof to be done while they were doing the repair. They contacted us a day or two later with a number we liked and a day or two later they were there doing a complete tear-off and re-roof. "I had Tredegar do a new roof on a 3 bedroom house on Keats Road, in Henrico County. They were very professional, easy to work with and cleaned up after they were done. They were experienced enough to recognize that some of the underlaying wood structure needed to be replaced before they finished the roof. They did the repair that was needed and didn't ignore that aspect of the job that couldn't have been anticipated. I like folks that tell me I have a problem that they can fix and needs to be done before the roof is completed. Three years ago, they did another new roof on a 3 bedroom house on Weymouth Road in Richmond. There has been no problems with the roof they installed 3 years ago. In that job, they finished in a day and cleaned up beautifully. They do expect payment at the completion of the job and do not at this time accept credit cards."
