The job was scheduled quickly, finished on time, and the new roof looks great. Max was easy to work with and kept the whole process simple. Glad we went with Imperia Roofing."

"It was a trying experience. It was hard to get them to call back and when they did call back, it was hard to get them scheduled and get them to show up. We spent a couple of months trying to get them to show up. They have an answering machine instead of a live person answering the phone. It wasn't easy. When they did show up, they did do the job. They did good work, but it was hard to get them here. We have a gutter cover because of the pine trees and they dislodged one of those and we had to get the gutter people to come out and reinstall it. They were not real careful, but the roof itself is good and it doesn't leak. We called a couple of other companies and they were right in the middle."

"David and his crew are amazing! They really know their "stuff". We have a 10 unit condo complex surrounded by lots of trees. Last year they did dry rot repairs, fixed or replaced gutters throughout the complex. It was quite the project! In the fall, we hired them again and they did a gutter cleaning. They really did an outstanding job on both projects. Recently, they cleaned our gutters again and fixed 27 end caps. David's team did an excellent job and even cleared away the leaves in the complex. "The president and foreman Mr. Rodriguez, not only familiar with roofing but also carpentry, windows and painting, is a very conscientious craftsman caring about every detail. He was ready to start the project a couple of days after the start order with a right crew and materials. His crew members were highly diligent, although with skill levels all different. The initial estimate of the cost was a bit too low, probably to be competitive, ending up with extensive extras, so that it seems better for some people to get the "not-to-exceed" price upfront. I will definitely retain him for my next project."
