Once we chose two roof colors we were interested in, Jeff provided us with houses in the area to look at to see how the roofs actually looked on houses. This was very helpful in making our decision. Capital got us on their schedule very quickly. The crew supervisor Azael was fantastic to work with. He explained about a dip in the garage roof and how they would fix it. It was reasonable, inexpensive, and we gave the approval. The crew completed the roof work in two days. They were prompt, friendly, and did a fantastic job of cleaning up. They even came back a few days later and ran the magnetic roller around the house again. Our roof looks great, and we would highly recommend using Capital for your roofing project!"

"I called Buck after a recommendation from my neighbor to help me look at my older roof after a big storm and he was able to come out the same day! Buck was professional, knowledgeable, kind and incredibly helpful! He found a huge hole in our upper roof and helped put a tarp on it while we waited for word from insurance. Steve listened to me, answered all my questions, understood the unique situation I was in with my roof and provided a fantastic solution that addressed my concerns, met my needs and gave me peace of mind; I was working with an experienced Contractor that understood construction/roofing and the whole insurance claim process. In addition, Steve, Nick and their crew are highly skilled and made some additional repairs while installing the new roof. A huge relief, I did not need to hire another contractor; they took care of it! The work was done exactly as explained and for the price quoted. "William and his crew did an excellent job. Mike, the insulation guy, was punctual and professional. He meticulously sealed all the leakage areas in the attic, replaced and re-vented the bathroom exhaust fan and blew in new insulation. The attic R-value probably doubled. The roofing crew ( 5 guys) arrived around 5:30 and virtually attacked the garage roof. Within two hours, they had stripped off all the old material and replaced it with new paper and shingles. They were neat, clean and picked up all residue from the shingling. The gutter guy did an excellent job, was diligent and detailed in hanging the gutters and installing the gutter covers. I highly recommend KeyPrime Roofing and Remodeling. They've been professional, responsive and fair."

"Kim and his son did a great job replacing the EPDM rubber flat roof and patching/fixing the decking. There were some unforeseen issues that required resheathing the roof deck, which comes with the territory I suppose, but they were able to handle everything and still get the repairs done in about a day and a half. They seemed confident I could get insurance to cover it, but that was not the case so I had to cover it all out of pocket. In the contract I didn't see any type of warranty for work or materials. I had read that these rubber roofs could last up to 50 years, so when requested, Josh wrote in a 10 year workmanship warranty. Seemed strange to me I had to request it, but it has been over 2 years so far and it seems to be holding up, so that is good. Nice enough people, and I'm thankful they were able to take on the job, get it done in a timely manner, and maintain good communication throughout. This took place in the fall of 2021, which was during a booming time in construction and it was hard enough to find a company that would even call back, nonetheless one with experience with rubber/flat roofing."

"I used my Angie’s List Gold Plan benefits to help locate a contractor to help with removal of snow and ice dams following record snowfall in February 2019. The online chat agent sent me contact info for four contractors and I contacted each one by email. Scott got back to me first and his quote was reasonable, so I asked him to find a spot on his calendar to schedule the work. He sent out a crew of three of the hardest working guys I’ve seen. My hundred and three year old house had a scary fringe of icicles all around the upper roof plus over a foot of snow on the lower front and back roofs. I knew I was looking at serious water damage once the real melting got underway if I did nothing, so I was very grateful for their help. The three guys worked three hours each to clear all the snow and ice. If you want to save money you can clean up your own sidewalks and decks after they shovel down the snow. I asked them to clean up the walks and decks at their hourly rate, and it was worth it to me to also have that part done. Just remember that demand will go up as all this snow and ice starts to melt and you will want a reliable crew to work on your roof, so plan accordingly."

"HIGH QUALITY - they did great work replacing our roof after hail damage. The new roof looks much better than the original, which was only two years old. FAST - the crew showed up early and had the job finished in just ONE DAY! They did great work and put care into every aspect right down to the detailed clean up at the end. Our neighbor's roof is about the same size, and that company took 3-4 days to finish theirs. PROFESSIONAL - Addison and Nick were easy to work with, quick to respond, and very accommodating. We changed the type of shingles we wanted just a couple weeks before our scheduled date, and Addison was quick to take care of everything. He checked in with us before, during, and after the work was done to make sure everything was satisfactory. Overall excellent company to work with, would definitely recommend."

"Mike was easy to work and talk with. Together we developed a description of the work and, working from that he provided an estimate. The work proceeded smoothly despite the increased scope due to discovered damage after the gutters were removed by another company. The deck repair was done first and that experience made me entirely comfortable in proceeding to the additional work with a verbal agreement and handshake. This allowed a timely completion and minimal delay for the deck refinishing which was done by another company (Roof to Deck)."

"Chase from Excel Renovation was great to work with regarding our residential garage roof leak. He was very personable and there was excellent/ professional communication in talking through the potential issue and then scheduling a time to meet. Chase ended up starting with a simpler repair approach first, re-fastening and re-sealing a roof flashing, which we agreed was the right thing to do for our type of roof leak (very small leak) and for this cold time of year (late Nov). He was very honest in what he thought was the likely issue and digging deeper right away in our case, instead of just resealing and testing first, may cause more harm than good. He would not take any money for the repair…I tried though. :-) He said to keep an eye on it during the upcoming rain and snow melt(s) and he could always dig deeper if needed in the spring, removing interior sheetrock and then applying water with a hose over suspected area on the roof. If you’re looking for an honest company that won’t steer you wrong, give these guys a call. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely work with them again!"
