After speaking with him, I was confident about their services and capabilities, the materials, and the process, steps and timeline for the job. I also felt that the project cost was very competitive, reasonable, and fair. From contract to materials delivery to house prep and to the completed roof and cleanup, the project went along quite smoothly. I am very pleased with my new roof. I really am and I would like to publicly thank Jim, Elias, Sean, Samantha, and the whole crew. "The roof was patched and I no longer have a leakage problem, I provided the wrong Shingles which were used unfortunately, and as a result the finished look is relatively poor, The company was very responsive and if they had the correct materials I'm sure the job would have been more than satisfactory. "I got 3 estimates for replacing the roof. Willard was in the middle of them. I picked them because 1. the company has been around for a long time. 2. The person who estimated the job was very good to deal with even though I never ended up meeting him. His name is Danny and he was very responsive and patient in answering questions. I found it easy to deal with their main office.
The job was done over 2 days (winter days being shorter). The roof looks good and is guaranteed for 10 years labor with a lifetime on the shingles. 
The scheduling worked fine and was convenient for us.
