The estimator clearly pointed out the issues readily noticeable and once upon the roof, identified others likely to occur. First, one tile was completely missing, and others misaligned occurring from an unknown circumstance. There were visible signs of tile shifting and material breakdown at the peak which needed to be replaced. Henry Forrest and his team did an amazing job! Their repair estimate was reasonable (other contractors insisted on replacing roof on screen room or house). We hired them and the crew showed up in a few days and repaired the roof.
