He examined the roof and took pictures of the source of the leak. When he showed me the pictures he explained what was wrong, what he would need to do to fix it, and how much it would cost. They said the work would start early February before they can start, which is fine its no rush. But we would appreciate if they could just give us a date. "Our experience with them went very well. They were in touch with me within a few days. We shut things up. They came about a week later and took care of everything. So right now, they are the first people we have had to be able to solve our leak problem in about 10 years. They were very thorough and to my surprise, it was not anything like we thought it was. They were able to determine where it was coming from and it was relatively fixed. They did a little bit of tarp cleaning and did some work behind the particular gutter which was not really where the problem was, but probably was exacerbating it a little bit. It was more of a drain where different angles meet that had never been really sealed up properly when the shingles were put on. They took care of that, sealed around the window, and we are good. They are excellent. They know their stuff. They really do because I am sure there are others that do too, but I do not think that anybody was this thorough as they were in trying to determine what it was. People we had in the past kind of said that this is it and did a quick fix. Then it turns out it was not it. This happened number of times. We are very happy with them actually.  I do not think they were cheap, but I thought it was a fair price. It was worth the price. There has not been a leak problem at all since."
