"The original handyman they sent was unable to compete the job. It was bid as a one man job but really was a two man job. They had to return several days later and our roof was left without its full support over the weekend. Luckily, there was no bad weather. Appropriately, they did not charge us for the sending out the second person because that was not in the original bid, and in the end the work was fine, but waiting nearly a week for the completion of the work could have been dangerous to our home if the weather had not cooperated. Additonally, I received an invoice for the first day's labor requesting payment when the job wasn't finished! I called and they asked me to ignore it. It seems that billing doesn't communicate with scheduling and vice versa. After they completed the job, I had to call a month later to get a new invoice in order to settle our account. Finally, after I gave them a credit card number to settle the account, sent an email the following day requesting a card for payment. I can give kudos to Antonio, who was responsive on the phone each and every time I called. Would not hire again."
