Once we chose two roof colors we were interested in, Jeff provided us with houses in the area to look at to see how the roofs actually looked on houses. This was very helpful in making our decision. Capital got us on their schedule very quickly. The crew supervisor Azael was fantastic to work with. He explained about a dip in the garage roof and how they would fix it. It was reasonable, inexpensive, and we gave the approval. The crew completed the roof work in two days. They were prompt, friendly, and did a fantastic job of cleaning up. They even came back a few days later and ran the magnetic roller around the house again. Our roof looks great, and we would highly recommend using Capital for your roofing project!"

"Roofing was fine, but when I called because of a leak 3 months after the warentee period, I was told the rate per roofer was $185 for the first hour and $98 per hour after that. No flexibility or willingness to work with me at all. The leak was not new just newly discovered. Does not matter. Legally they may be right but this attitude is not what customer service I want to have in my life. They will not get additional work from me."

"Ryan was very helpful and HONEST. I chose to remove the shingles from my roof and I didn�t tarp it adequately. There was some rain that night and I called Ryan at 5:30 in the morning. He said he would come to help with whatever he could and was at my house at 6:00am! You don�t see this type of customer service anywhere anymore. The crews that put on the shingles, added the soffit and facia and did the gutters were professional and worked quickly.
