"Dylan was responsive, fast, courteous and professional. He came out quickly to perform a no cost estimate for the roof cleaning job. I had a lot of moss growing on the roof. He provided me with a reasonable price and was able to perform the work the next day. He communicated throughout and provided a sketch of the roof and itemized the work to be performed. "I contacted Willard Co. on Wednesday and on Friday they were on my roof writing up my estimate. Once we came to an agreement they ordered my skylights. They came and installed my skylights in one day on a steep pitched front roof. They did an excellent job of matching up the tiles they had to replace on my roof. Excellent work ethic, professional attitudes and timely service equals another service call if I ever need any of the services they offer."
