"Ed and his team at Maksim Roofing did a wonderful job for us. We have a flat roof that also serves as a deck above an enclosed room that had been added on to the original house. The roof/deck was deteriorating and unsafe. I contacted more than 20 contractors over a two year period, many of whom didn’t want to take on the job due to all the uncertainties, others who told me that the only option was to completely rebuild the entire addition, some who never responded to my inquiry at all. After leaving a message for Ed, I got a return call the same day, and he came to the house two days later. He proposed a solution that he described in detail and he also described his team’s experience with similar structures. I got a formal quote two days later. The project has been completed and we are very happy with the outcome. Every step of the process was conducted promptly, thoroughly, and professionally. We feel very fortunate to have found Maksim Roofing."

"Awesome!!! James Elliott Roofing was outstanding from the first call all the way through completion on our new roof. We had originally contracted with another roofing contractor. He had ordered all the roofing materials, had them delivered to my house, but back out (quit) prior of tearing off and replacing the roof. Needless to say, this left me in a major jam, it was mid December, and all contractors are leery jump into a job were someone else had measured and delivered all materials. James Elliott's professional crew showed up immediately evaluated the roof, did checklist of delivered materials, then consulted my wife and I on best path forward. They saw a several areas of improvement, upgraded the underlay material to synthetic, and gave us a start date. Crew showed up on schedule and worked diligently until finish of project. "Wind got ahold of siding at top of house under the roof. It couldn’t be nail back down , it needed to be replaced and I had another piece of siding that needed to be replaced, but the siding was to old to match but David the owner did a great job in finding the closest match. It looks great and I am happy with the results. The job was done in a timely manner which helped out a lot . The crew did a great job. Thanks Mary"

"I dealt with Tim for the price and project details and then Jeff was the man who came out to do the job. The deck had previously been done by a guy who did not know what he was doing so Jeff power washed the entire deck and let it dry for 24 hours, then he sanded the deck and scrubbed it down with denatured alcohol to help remove any remaining paint from before. When the deck was dry, Jeff taped off everything and proceeded to edge everything before he rolled a nice thick layer of paint on the deck. We waited another 24 hours and Jeff returned to apply a nice second coat of paint on the entire deck. Tim and Jeff are very easy to work with and I will most certainly come back to them for future projects."
