We started with an unidentified leak that was causing damage. Ark gave us options for repairs, but also did a full inspection of the roof and identified multiple issues associated with age. They didn't push the replacement, but after getting a few other quotes and inspections we decided to go with a full replacement. Ark's quote was competitive, not the cheapest but felt like the best balance of cost and confidence. They were amazing - came in with a big crew and banged out a 4000sqft roof in two days start to finish. Spotless clean up, and quality work. The new porch roof solved the problem of dead valleys and leaks and gave us a new covered porch to enjoy. I will use Ark again for our next home improvement project!"
