"BAUER ROOFING
The work done on the roof was Very Professional.
The problems we encountered were that:·
They did not adhere to our request NOT to come during a time that we were out of town.

They did not call before coming to the house. They would just show up and start working when we were not home.

Damage was done in Hail Storm May 2014 in Richland Northeast, the roof was replaced in September 2014, and the remainder of the work was completed in March 2015.

They did not supply an itemized bill for what work was performed.  The bill was just a lump sum of what they wanted to be paid.
The work was good but the billing and work practices were not what I would expect from a
good company.

After sending us the itemized bill, Mr Roy Bauer made an appointment in May 2015 to ensure we had all the billing information requested and discuss the matters listed. He personally appologize for the inconviences.  He realized that there was some miscommunication, during this time of massive number of damaged units, that needs to be changed. He said he was going to make some changes to his business procedures to ensure that this does not happen in the future.

(Review was updated 08/31/2015. The original review was written before the May 2015 meeting with Mr Bauer)"

"Great work! We were very happy with the Anthony John crew, especially Frank the foreman. They knew their stuff and got the whole roof done in a day. I was very impressed with their expertise and agility on this 10/12 pitch roof. They worked from ropes and didn't need toeboards and that was a good selling point for me. In short, they did exactly what they said they would do in the time they said they could do it. I do not hesitate to recommend this company."

"I would like to say it was a pleasure doing business with Premiere Roofing.I did a lot of research on the internet and they had several good reviews so I decided to give them a call. We had a meeting with Darrel Greene the sales manager and he did an excellent job of going over what Premiere Roofing could do and what the timeline would look like. They work with the insurance company so that makes things easier. The day of installation went very smooth. They tore off the old roof, did some major underlayment repairs and installed the new roof all in one day.The crew foreman Lawrence Blackmon was in communication with us upon his arrival and did an outstanding job of going over everything they did."
