"I called them thru Home Advisors for a friends leaky roof. They replace the roof in one day. She is very pleased!"

"Review of Always Construction Services, Santa Fe â Always Construction Servicesâ owner Julian Moreno spent a good amount of time with us as we shared our thoughts regarding the renovations we hoped to realize. He was a good listener, very observant, and a great source of ideas regarding various ways that we could achieve our construction & renovation goals. It did not take long before we began to feel that Mr. Moreno cared a good deal about our level of â customer satisfactionâ , and that he wanted us to be completely satisfied when the job was done. The Always Construction Services crew that came out was exceptional! It was the same group of individuals every day, so they became very familiar with the job. Over a two-week period, we got to know them and they got to know us. These professionals worked thoughtfully and expertly. They did not cut corners. It was obvious that they took pride in their work, and that they carried their own standard of quality. For example, even though outside steps down to our garage had already received two coats of paint, when all was said and done and the job was being completed, one of the gentlemen repainted them again before leaving because a few minor chips of paint that had occurred during the course of up-and-down foot-traffic by the crew. At the end of every workday, photos of the dayâ s progress were taken by a crew-member, to be sent to Mr. Moreno. Regularly, Mr. Moreno would check-in with us and ask if we had any concerns with the dayâ s progress; he ended nearly every conversation by saying that he wanted to ensure that we were pleased with the way the job was proceeding. When the job was completed, Mr. Moreno came by and did a final walk-through with us. He asked us to touch base with him in 30 days to report any issues that might surface during that time. He presented us with the invoice for the balance-due. We assured him that he would be the first one we would call â and that we would not hesitate to recommend him to friends â when looking toward the next construction project."

"The guys did a fantastic job building our new wall, fire place and matching the house stucco. The was even one time where it came out not to their standards and they spent another day and a half making it right even without me asking. They do incredible, through work."

"Shiloh Alvarado was readily available and he answered all of our questions, phone calls, & e-mails in a professional and timely manner. Shiloh's use of a drone to inspect our roof was an impressive aspect of the roofing installation process. Rocky Mountain Roofing Services LLC did an outstanding job in installing a new "TPO" roof in only 2 days! The working crew was friendly & cooperative. The price that was charged for our roof was fair and reasonable. Rocky Mountain Roofing LLC exceeded our expectations & we happily recommend this company to other prospective customers!"

"Was having trouble finding a contractor to assess and resolve some roof and stucco water issues in a newly purchased home until I found Santa Fe Stucco & Roofing on Angie's List. My initial call was answered immediately, and Rachel was able to schedule an estimate that same week. The owner, Kevin, arrived on time and was patient and attentive as I expressed my questions and concerns. After conducting a thorough inspection, I was pleasantly surprised that he was able to immediately repair the roof. He also provided a comprehensive assessment on the stucco issues and proposed some alternative solutions to help us avoid a costly repair.
I highly recommend the Santa Fe Stucco & Roofing team on responsiveness, professionalism, integrity, and customer service. I will definitely call on them for any future needs with stucco and roofing.

"It went great! They were very quick to respond and get me on the schedule. Before the repair, they showed care and concern for my home by going above and beyond in preventative work. At no cost, he put a tarp over my roof to prevent leaking when a storm was coming. He also was very communicative with my insurance company to ensure the job was done in full and correctly. I would highly recommend him."

"Rep. checked entire system. He found several wires not connected properly and fixed this. He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."
