"Crew showed up and really worked hard. our roof wasn't the easiest of roofs because of how steep it is but that didn't stop the avalon crew at all. hats off to you guys."

"Overall the projects went well and we are pleased with how things look and seem to be functioning. As can happen in life there was some miscommunication, specifically regarding the gutters, but Montell Construction was great at working through that with us which speaks highly of them, I think. Our only criticism would be about cleanliness. The rooms that had access to the attic had a solid film of insulation over everything after that was installed and took some time to clean. We ended up cleaning a lot of roof debris that fell through a vent in our kitchen multiple time even after we made the crew aware of what was happening. We also spent an evening cleaning up our yard of roof debris about a week after the project. Granted most of it was smaller stuff but it was still somewhat disappointing. So criticism aside, every person I interacted with was very friendly and professional. They were extremely accommodating to our schedules when it came to meetings and were always available for communication. Pricing seemed very fair for the amount of things we had done. We are pleased with quality of the product used for the roof, research suggested it was good stuff. The house and garage look very nice. I would recommended them and would use them again.

"Roofing was completed in a timely manner and workers were courteous and respectful of my property. Other than having a new roof, you could not tell any workers were here"

"They did a great job rebuilding my house roof and rebuilding my garage using steel pole barn type construction."

"We got a free estimate on Monday from Joseph and Hayden (Roofing Inspector and Sales Reps) and our roof was replaced that same Friday—can’t ask for better service! They explained the roof’s condition, how Victors stands out (materials and attic ventilation), and that they offer a free annual assessment after completion. Supplies and a dumpster arrived Thursday. On install day, they protected our property. Darryl, our project manager, kept us informed throughout. Sergio and his crew started around 6 am and finished before 6 pm, replacing all shingles and redecking about half of our 1409+ sq ft roof in one day. Afterward, Shelbi (production admin) quickly responded to our request for more photos. We’re so thankful for our new roof with a 25-year leak-free guarantee!"

"616 Roofing did a great job on our roof! The warranty will outlast us. The price was lower than we anticipated. The small details were well cared for. Clean up was amazing. Not a single complaint! Very professional from the quoting to the delivery of our finished roof. You should at least get a quote from Charles at 616 Roofing. They have done 2 roofs on our houses and one for our son. Excellent, fast work at a low competitive price."

"It was awesome. The roofers came within 2 days of getting things taken care of with the insurance company. They even had another team to fix the damaged ceiling. They did a wonderful job. Both teams left the areas better than they found it after they finished. If you are interested in a roofing or construction job contact Armored Roofing you will not be disappointed!!!"

"My recent meeting with Michael Belfer from Legend Roofing eased my fear of immediate repairs. Mike and Dan inspected my roof, and gave me sound advice on current repairs (minor) and a timeline for a new roof. I had Michael bid roofs in the past when I managed an apartment complex, and I was impressed by his experience and the prices were very good. I am happy to see the same honesty and good, solid advice now that he’s started Legend Roofing. His honest assessment of my roof, and practical advice regarding gutters and roof underlayment, means I will be hiring Legend to do my roof in the next few years."

"The work went great and I'd recommend Legacy Roofing to others. The roof looks good, the work was done timely, and the rep is honest and responsive. I got two other quotes from local companies and the prices were almost identical."

"Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I received an estimate from Zac at Roof Dr. His estimate was so professionally done, so pristine. He detailed everything, right down to using a magnet to pick up roofing nails. Unfortunately, I didn't go with the Roof Dr. only because I found a company to do the work cheaper. Well, that is exactly what I got, cheap, sloppy work from another roofing company. I am a widow of a deceased disabled Vietnam veteran and I know nothing about roofs and flashing. I needed a roof repair, new flashing installed and a cricket built behind chimney and a new boot put on my electrical pole. The other roofing company came when I wasn't home. When I returned in the evening, the job wasn't finished and there was debris from their job flying all around my yard. They left nails and debris on my roof and nails on my driveway. The work they had done was sloppy . I went inside my garage and there was light showing all along the back of my chimney where the cricket was. They had to come back a couple more times to finish the job and to redo the work they had previously done. I called Zac at Roof Dr. and told him what had happened with this other company. I asked Zac if he could come inspect the other companies work before I pay them. Zac was happy to do this for me and for free! He didn't owe me anything, but he did it anyways. Thank goodness I called Zac, because the other company left nails and debris on my roof again. The old and new shingles were not sealed down properly. I am old and can not get up on the roof. It gave me such a sense of security to have someone lookout for me and see how the job was really done. He was my pair of eyes up on a roof I could not get up on. Thank you Zac for helping a widow. My next roofing job will be with Roof Dr. If I would have went with them instead of trying to save a little extra bit of money, this would have been all avoided! Service: Roof inspection"
