"Keith Roofing fixed our roof about 3 years ago. We noticed a recent issue and asked them to come out to see if they could find an issue with the roofing. The staff arrived at the designated time, diagnosed and fixed the problem, and was done in less than 30 minutes! The staff explained the issue and why it may have occurred and how they resolved it and even fixed something on our gutter that he noticed. Amazing service and would definitely recommend this company for any roofing needs!"

"Rich was amazing. This job was very difficult. Because of the configuration of my house, there was only one spot in the closet where the tube would go thru. Another contractor told me that the job was impossible, because of obstables both between closet floor and dining room ceiling and closet ceiling and roof. Rich managed to install the Solatube and avoid all the obstacles. It was really amazing what he was able to do. I am not easily impressed with contractors, but Rich was great. "After years of unsuccessfully addressing water damage around windows in an upstairs room by focusing on the window frames and the brickwork around the windows, I asked W. E. Griffin Roofing (whom I had used previously for relatively minor roofing repairs) to evaluate whether the roof was a factor. Matt Hoffman determined that significant work had to be done including substantially rebuilding two dormers, removing and replacing valleys and flashing, and replacing the roof on the dormers. As in the case of previous and subsequent jobs, Griffin's work crew was very professional and conscientious at all times. They cleared all rubble and tools from the site every day, and the job was started and completed on schedule. In the 4 years since this work was done and the interior water damage repaired, there has been no further sign of water damage in that room. I completely trust the advice I have received from Matt Hoffman over the past 7 years since I first used W. E. Griffin. In addition to the work described above as well as routine preventive maintenance, I have also engaged the company to repair gutters, replace incorrectly installed snow guards, replace failed chimney flashing, fabricate and install catch boxes to prevent leaf blockage of downspouts, as well as routine preventive maintenance. I would recommend them without reservation."

"Since my roof is 20+ years old, I have a Home Confidence Plan with Arocon, which includes two roof inspections (tune-ups) per year. Preston and Keith were the technicians that performed this service on July 27, 2022. I can only say positive things about these technicians. They were very thorough, making some minor repairs (exposed nails). They took photos of the roof, which I received via email soon after the visit. Preston is very professional and knowledgeable, and clearly explained what the issues are with my roof and its overall condition. I have had this service with Arocon for a couple of years and I derive much peace of mind in maintaining my roof with Arocon until I replace it. "Presidential Exteriors is a great company to do a roof replacement with! We had our roof replaced in early February 2021 and we couldn’t be happier. The whole team was amazing to work with. Nate worked closely with us every step of the way to make sure we were happy and getting the best product and prices possible. He really made us feel like family. Elena was great at communicating every step of the process. The day of installation team was amazing. They dropped off the equipment one day before the project even though it had snowed the night before. The morning they came to do the roof, we still had ice on the roof, but instead of delaying the project, they scraped all of the ice off our roof and still got the whole roof done in one day! "The salesperson, Doug, was fabulous. Very low pressure, very knowledgeable. He took his time and walked me through the entire process. He inspected the roof visually and went into the attic as well. They weren't the cheapest--somewhere in the middle--but I liked the time they took in working with me, the reputation of the company, and the quality of the products used. I also liked that they didn't subcontract the work to unknown workers but used workers trained by them and the roof product manufacturer.
I had to schedule several weeks out due to demand and workload. When they arrived, they all introduced themselves to me, spread a tarp over my yard, and set to work. The supervisor checked in with me several times during the day. The job went quickly and well. They cleaned and reattached my old gutters, made sure the new chimney was painted black to blend in with the roof, and left my property spotless. I have not found one old nail in three months!
I would highly recommend this company. They've been in business for  years. In fact, my mother bough siding for her home from them in the 1980s and it still looks good.
