"I called San Diego Water Damage & Remediation Services immediately after realizing that overnight, our kitchen had suffered from a flood of nearly biblical proportions. A water line had sprung a leak in the ice maker, dumping a large volume of water on the floor, under the cabinets, into the wall, everything was just soaked. I was pleased to get an immediate answer on the phone when I called San Diego Water Damage & Remediation Services. They quickly calmed me down, and had a specialist in my home within an hour. I was surprised to see how quickly they were able to assess the damage and get started drying things out. I was also surprised that the owner of the company, Rafael arrived at my home a few hours later to personally check on the progress of the job. Rafael checked in almost daily to make sure things were progressing smoothly, which I really appreciated! After several hours of clean-up, and thankfully finding no mold, the team had installed an array of specialized drying equipment, including one specially designed for hardwood floors. I was very concerned that the flooring would have to be replaced, driving up the cost. Fortunately that was no problem! After several days my floors, walls, and cabinets were *completely* dry. I've been through water remediations in the past and I've never seen a more thorough or complete job. These folks use these amazing IR cameras and water sensors to literally pinpoint the spots that are still the tiniest bit damp and reposition the equipment in just the right spots to dry them out. When they left I was totally confident that my house was completely dry! "we worked w/tim a few years ago in the siting of a cabin on our property on a remote island in the san juans. we were happy to be able to tap into his many years of practical experience designing and bldg in the islands and in seattle. his fresh perspective, walking our 3+ acre site w/us, confirmed the siting assumptions we'd made and allowed us to move fwd w/our building knowing that we'd left few, if any, stones unturned. his design sense speaks to both contemporary and/or traditional/rustic design -- appropriate design being the key to his vision -- he understands the value of not imposing a design on a site but rather working w/the landform and design to assure a superb fit. tim helped us transform our bldg from ideas to a buildable design. he understands and is highly experienced in the bldg process and is well-versed in the pragmatics, from programming, to schematic design to siting to contractor evaluation and can take a scheme to fruition! he really helped us move our project forward. in the event of a contractor dispute, tim can be helpful in setting things straight and helping to get things back on track and again, moving forward. he's also quite astute in confirming budgeting assumptions, bringing his deep, real world experience to bear on a project. that said, we'd be happy to work w/tim again on any building project we undertake -- he's easygoing, a solid listener and a terrific resource for any project you might want to undertake."

"We had a wonderful experience with Kevin at Rightway Construction from beginning to end. I had been having difficulties even getting companies to come out and quote re-siding our house without having my husband present, let alone being treated with respect and dignity by the few men that did come out.  Kevin was professional and respectful and did not once doubt or question my role and ability to make any all decisions regarding this project.  There was also no high pressure sales tactics or upsell offers. Kevin was fantastic about communicating with me during the entire process.  He always asked for our preferences BEFORE doing any subjective work and immediately informed us about any problems or delays so that our expectations were kept in line with his performance.  He had attention for detail while also being very laid back and approachable.  Kevin's wife Amy was also on the site working hard everyday and really helping to keep the worksite (our home and property) clean.  They were friendly and cautious with our young children as well as our two dogs.  Kevin checked in with me daily regarding his progress and expectations for the following work day.  I really cannot highlight enough the fabulous communication and the value of it.  Immediately following the siding installation we had a new roof put on and the workers did not even bother to let me know when they arrived or left, so I had to go outside and wait for someone to come down from the roof if I wanted any opportunity to talk to them.  I highly recommend Rightway Construction for siding installation for quality, price, and experience.
