They arrived when they said, 3 men worked 9 hours minus a few short breaks. The shed was built on site and the project was completed the same day. They cleaned up their mess. The final cost was exactly as discussed. The quality of work appears to be excellent, no problems."

The plumber had to remove portions of the walls to get to the pipes.  The house was built in 1970, so the drywall was covered with textured plaster.  My boyfriend, who is also the plumber, and I attempted to do the job ourselves.  We both work full-time and it proved to be too big of a job.  Also, I learned that working with plaster is no joke!  It takes skill. 
     I called Dynamic Stucco, whom I had used for a previous job, and Paul returned my call right away.  He wanted to come out that day to give an estimate, but I had to work. He came out the next day and said he could get the job done in four days.  They showed up when they said they would, and if they were going to be late, called to let me know.
    They came out and had the job done in 2 1/2 days.  I was very pleased with their work.  Once I paint, it is going to look like a new place!

"For the second time we are so pleased with our recent contract with Potter House Group.  Our first experience with Potter House Group was a new build construction project.  They found us a lot and built us a custom home about 9 years ago.  Since then we relocated into a 115 year old home and we hired them for our kitchen remodel.  First we did our research, and we sought bids from several contractors.  Potter House Group once again had a competitive quote, that we felt had all the "bases" and potential "surprises" covered.  We also felt that the allowances that were allotted in our estimate allowed us to select quality selections for the fixtures, granite, cabinetry & flooring.  What impressed us the most is that once again we worked directly with the owner, Lee, for the duration of the project.  From the very beginning, Lee was professional, honest, and extremely efficient with our time.  Our kitchen was completely gutted down to the bare studs, removing of walls, flooring, electric, and a back staircase.  When you are without the hub of your home-the kitchen-meeting timelines is very important.   They met all timelines and brought in the necessary resources and tradesmen to perform various scopes of work.  All the inspections that were needed went well too.  Lee addressed any questions or concerns we had during the process responsively.  Without a doubt, Potter House Group will be the contactor we use for the next job.  We are already dreaming of our next project, a master bath addition.  Can?t wait!  Potter House Group is highly recommended!!!
