"I hired them to re-roof my home and in conversation I mentioned I need to have my asphalt driveway sealed, not even knowing they do this work too. They asked me if they could bid on the driveway project too. This all happened in a short timeframe and I was very impressed by their timeliness and quality of work. "Overall it all went smoothly. My tenant vacated after washer leaked. When I entered condo I saw all the damage their 2 little dogs had done. They bit the baseboards and peed so laminate had lifted. I’ve had to replace all the flooring and baseboards in living and dining area. And little by little I am finding more things that aren’t working ie dishwasher recently and now disposal.
