We were initially hesitant contacting Tonelli Builders for this repair job - specifically because all of their prior "porch category" reviews on Angie's list specified projects of larger scale. After having difficult time finding a reliable independent carpenter, we've finally called Tonelli - and were so happy that we did! Scheduling an estimate was so easy -- the owner, Chris, was fast to return our phone calls, and his follow-up was very timely. At our first meeting he gave us several ideas and options for the fix to work with our budget, and came off very confident, trustworthy and professional. During our estimate appointment he also identified a separate issue and fixed a door that was detached from a hinge, and was not even a part of the intended job! We've had a target date of completion for this project, and Chris was able to finish it right on schedule. Our newly renovated porch looks beautiful, Chris was very easy to work with, and we would absolutely use Tonelli Builders for future projects!"
