Scheduling an estimate was so easy -- the owner, Chris, was fast to return our phone calls, and his follow-up was very timely. At our first meeting he gave us several ideas and options for the fix to work with our budget, and came off very confident, trustworthy and professional. During our estimate appointment he also identified a separate issue and fixed a door that was detached from a hinge, and was not even a part of the intended job! We've had a target date of completion for this project, and Chris was able to finish it right on schedule. Most companies did not return my calls. One did respond but never showed up to start work. The JA Drywall owner came to our initial appointment on time, evaluated the job and gave us a reasonable and fair estimate.
