As our designer, Sean was easy-going, accommodating and patient in explaining our options. He promptly created the 3d pdf files with the design of our kitchen, which were helpful to have throughout the project. Adam was in charge of our project, and his responsiveness and understanding were outstanding. At one point we were a bit unhappy with a corner cabinet, but reluctantly we felt we needed to "settle" because there was not sufficient space for a Super Susan. Adam made some research and promptly contacted us with a solution that was perfect for enhanced functionality. Last but not least, Ismar, our foreman on the job was professional, responsive, pleasant, and amazingly skilled. He and his team worked diligently on the electrical portion, cabinet installation, backsplash, appliance installation, and painting. Everyone accommodated us to the best of their ability and always left our house clean and orderly. Well done, VKB!"

"FAMB called and I told the owner what needed done. They knew just what to do after that. Gave me an estimate on one day, started the job the next day and completed. Cleaned up nicely everything pretaining to the fence even cut down a Bush that was in the way that grew there over time. The owner does quality work he and his helper. The replacement of my fence is awesome. Love looking out my back now. Highly recommend his service. Professional in his line of work. Nice and courteous to his customer. "James McCarron came to evaluate the restructure of our outdoor stairs to allow us to access the water spigot on the side of our house but inaccessible because of the stairs. While he gave us the estimate for the approach for the stairs, he recognized that the best solution was not a carpentry solution but a plumbing solution which we supported. He could have pushed the carpentry option, but he gave us a solution that would save us money, time, and resolved our spigot access situation at the same time. His honesty went a long way to the credibility of the company."

They identified the problem, showed us the issue and were able to do fairly complicated foundation work in addition to deck project. They took care of permits and inspections. Throughout the course of the project, Marc kept us posted on expectations leading up to our start date and then stayed in constant communication with us during the construction phase. When we needed to make minor tweaks or changes, Marc and the crew were always open to our ideas and continuously stressed that our satisfaction was their goal. "My experience with Fence & Deck Connection was nothing short of great! From the first time I met with Chris and gave him my vision of what I wanted, there was one obstacle in my yard, but Chris came up with a solution to work around that. I think it took less than an hour for him to get the estimate to me and I was very satisfied with the price. A few days later, Jimmy showed up to take pictures and measurements and explained to me everything that would take place. Little did they know at the time, my neighbor approves permits for the town and she expressed how professional they were and everything was in order and she never had to reach back out to them. On the first day the crew worked through the rain until about 3pm when the rain just became too much. The next day was a complete washout, out of their control, so no work could be performed. However, the next two days the crew worked late into the day to finish. They power washed the deck and cleaned up the yard whereas you could never tell that a work crew had been there.
