As Roberto worked on the dormers he found significant water damage below the shingles, documenting it with photos for us. Although it cost more than the original estimate to replace the flat plywood sheaths and wood fascia, it was still reasonable and the work done was thorough and looks great."

did say they were not carpet installers. But they did a great job. They
cut and trimmed and laid carpeting out perfectly.
Other tasks were installing shelving in the kitchen and bath. Again, they did a
great job. We discussed placement of shelves, they made a couple helpful
suggestions, and then did the job.
When they were finished they cleaned up any mess and moved items that
had been moved back into place.
