He pointed out that he could also replace some wooden pickets on the fence which I needed to have done but didn't think about asking him as getting the gate repaired was more important. He came out on Friday morning and repaired the gate and replaced pickets as well as secure a section of fencing. He did a great job. Bertie was very polite and punctual. The owner and crew explained to me what was happening and why. Our house is old, so there were unanticipated issues after the trim was removed. We received a thorough explanation about what additional work needed to be done. "They are able to do whatever I need help with and understand the job. They are always careful with my stuff and they don't leave me with a mess to clean up, they're not bumping into things and breaking stuff, as my place is fairly cluttered. They take the time to listen to what needs to be done, communicate well and explain and show what they did when they're done. And make sure it's exactly what I needed to have done. Techs are always nice, friendly and helpful. Katie is always wonderful to deal with and very understanding about my needs due to my health issues. It is always easy to schedule and I appreciate they let me know when they are heading over here and then again when they're literally about to arrive or parking. I feel safe and comfortable with them in my house. I can't recommend them enough. I have a lot of chronic conditions and it's often hard to find people who are able to understand my needs and work around me. They're always courteous and respectful and very kind."

"We had Derek come out to replace some rotted wood trim around our windows and doors. He was great. I called the office on a Thursday and he was able to come out the following Tuesday, which was significantly quicker than anywhere else we called (if they even answered the phone, because most didn’t). Derek is very communicative, easy to work with and transparent about materials and cost. He was super friendly, always on time, and sent updates with pictures about how the job was going. He looked at other places around the house as well, that might need repairs first, as we were looking to paint the house later this summer. We have him coming back in a few weeks to finish the recommendations made. We will definitely use him again and highly recommend him."
