"The process started with a VKB designer, Sean, coming to our house to look at our bathroom and provide an estimate. A few days later, we went to the VKB showroom and selected our tile with Sean's advice. Five days after that, the remodeling workers began the project. Our project lead was named Jason. VKB left a lock box on the door to our house with our key in it so that we did not have to be at home while they were working. From start to finish the project took 3 weeks. Each day when the workers arrived, they would lay down canvas on the floor from the entrance of the house all the way upstairs to the master bathroom to keep the carpet clean. They would also hang plastic covers over the furniture in our bedroom to protect them from dust. Our garage was used to store a lot of materials, equipment, and trash through the process, so we could not park our car in there. Fortunately, we had easy access to street parking. Each day, Jason would call us in the evening to make sure everything was going okay. He was always very accessible and attentive to our concerns. At the end of the project, our tile selections turned out looking great and all of the finishing details were well done. The custom glass enclosure also looked great and fit perfectly. A big thanks to Sean and Jason!"

"Our neighbors had used Homecraft Builders a couple of years before us and recommended them highly after they had a great experience. Still, we obtained several estimates. From the start Marc and his team were excellent to work with. Marc came and provided a detailed project description and itemized estimate after we described exactly what we wanted. Everyone on the team was professional, respectful, trustworthy, friendly, and very helpful in answering any questions we had along the way. They even took out a yellowjacket nest in the area where the screened porch was installed that the exterminator would not remove! Homecraft Builders coordinated all of the county permitting, including the electrical. The only subcontractor was an electrician who did all of the wiring for the screened porch. This project was a dream for us, and Homecraft Builders made every part of that dream come true with a gorgeous final product - highly recommend!"

"Contractor did excellent work. Asked before any needed change was done. Over the several days it took to complete re-decking the surface and replacing the stairs , when finished for the day he removed all of the debris from each day so none was accumulated in the yard."

"It went beautifully, truly a Cinderella operation. Ferney worked with us every step of the way, knowing we had to keep a close eye on budget. He was extremely helpful in securing the fixtures, tile, window replacements etc. His approach is always thorough, detailed and knowledgeable. It seems there is nothing he can't do, at a competitive price at that. The crew always arrived punctually and left the work area clean and orderly. We will be doing further work on the next floor soon; Mr. Leal will be the first contractor we call."
