"I found Hain Property Services on Angie's list. I contacted Josh through e-mail and he answered me quickly and gave me a quote. I have owned my house for 19 years and have never had the siding professionally power washed. I had green mold and black marks all over the vinyl siding on the house and the shed as well as the cement stairs and back patio. Also, my gutters were blocked and also were black with mold.
The work that Josh and his assistant did is absolutely wonderful and beautiful!!! My house looks like it is new! Both Josh and his assistant were professional, kind, and really cared about doing a great job! My neighbor across the street already told me how beautiful my house looks! I have already talked to Josh about providing future services for my home. I would recommend Hain Property Services to everyone! "

"Our A/C stopped functioning. They removed dust and debris from the coils in the 'inside' unit. They also cleaned the drainage hose that took condensation out. Unfortunately, they missed an overflow tray which filled up a few days later, overflowing above the ceiling of our living room. It soaked the plaster. We are still getting bids to fix it, but the bids are hovering in the ~$500-$700 range. VanderHyde was apologetic and fixed the problem promptly when notified, but the damage had been done. I think it was an honest oversight. But that oversight doubled the cost of the repair. I would still use them again.
