"Ethan helped me out with some quick service at my new house when I was out of town. He was so helpful I then hired him to do a variety of other work like installation of toilet, install new kitchen faucet, patch a ceiling, install base board trim, and probably more I am forgetting. Ethan is a great person and super easy to deal with, he definitely goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Also, he is very reasonable on price. I can’t recommend Ethan high enough."

"I love it! Framing and hanging sliding doors that separated kitchen from living room. This is a project that I have wanted to do for a long time and finally got it completed. I own a manufactured home (or as it is called now a mobile home). These homes usually have unique openings and require customized or special orders. John was extremely helpful and brought my vision of what I wanted into reality. He also provided some suggestions which proved to be extremely beneficial. He was quick and efficient with his work. John framed the space from floor to ceiling. John did framing, molding and trim, dry wall (in the space above the doors on both sides), sanded and painted. I will definitely use him in the future and highly recommend this service."

"I found Hain Property Services on Angie's list. I contacted Josh through e-mail and he answered me quickly and gave me a quote. I have owned my house for 19 years and have never had the siding professionally power washed. I had green mold and black marks all over the vinyl siding on the house and the shed as well as the cement stairs and back patio. Also, my gutters were blocked and also were black with mold.
The work that Josh and his assistant did is absolutely wonderful and beautiful!!! My house looks like it is new! Both Josh and his assistant were professional, kind, and really cared about doing a great job! My neighbor across the street already told me how beautiful my house looks! "Our A/C stopped functioning. They removed dust and debris from the coils in the 'inside' unit. They also cleaned the drainage hose that took condensation out. Unfortunately, they missed an overflow tray which filled up a few days later, overflowing above the ceiling of our living room. It soaked the plaster. We are still getting bids to fix it, but the bids are hovering in the ~$500-$700 range. VanderHyde was apologetic and fixed the problem promptly when notified, but the damage had been done. I think it was an honest oversight. But that oversight doubled the cost of the repair. I would still use them again.
