I purchased an investment property in Columbia, MD. While searching for a remodeling company, I came across VKB Kitchen and Bath. We set up an initial consultation at the referenced property. Amanda, our designer, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I visited their showroom and they had everything laid out on the floor for display. It was very helpful to come up with different ideas. Showroom had different kitchen and bath displays to help choose. They had a lot of different products for floor, cabinet, counter, fixture and etc.

The work team was very professional and respectful of my property. They came and left at the same time every day. They cleaned up the debris after they were done everyday. The project manager was at the property everyday to check up on the workers and emailed me almost every night of the progress. The designer was also always in contact with the project manager. They were in very strict coordination with each other which led to a clean and timely mannered project completion.

Overall I am very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend VKB Kitchen and Bath to anyone.

"Homecraft Builders did an AMAZING job on our screened-in porch and we couldn't be happier! Their price was fair (right in the middle of the quotes I received from other companies) and Marc and his crew were really easy to work with. Throughout the course of the project, Marc kept us posted on expectations leading up to our start date and then stayed in constant communication with us during the construction phase. When we needed to make minor tweaks or changes, Marc and the crew were always open to our ideas and continuously stressed that our satisfaction was their goal. "We asked Willis Builders to remodel our two bathrooms after they did a great job helping deal with water intrusion (upgrading to wider gutters, rearranging downspouts, installing a sump pump). Both jobs were overseen by Leo, who did great work and was extremely helpful when we discovered we'd forgotten something or didn't have enough of XYZ because the pandemic slowed shipping down. I would gladly hire them again!"

"We originally had four items on our list. Jesse came out for the estimate and did a quick inspection of the exterior and found several items that needed to be addressed. We ended up having the team tackle all the additional items so they wouldn't turn into bigger issues later. Other than a delay in the start day and a hiccup on the first work day, the job went well. Alberto and Javier were pleasant to deal with, respectful, neat and did a great job on each project. They replaced a piece of trim and the rubber seal on the side of the garage door and you'd never know it wasn't the original piece. They painted the trim and garage door and didn't spill a drop on the driveway. Inside, they laid drop cloths leading down to the basement where they replaced a section of drywall. They covered the entire room in plastic so as not to get dust everywhere when they sanded. After patching the drywall, they painted the entire wall so the patch wouldn't stand out. They moved all the furniture and put everything back where it was when they were finished. When they were all done, you would never have know they were here because they didn't leave any mess behind. We were so glad to have all these little projects completed and done well. This is our second time using JW Home Improvement and we would use them again. We would also ask for Alberto and Javier again. They make a great team."
