"The work that Bobby did was rebuilding a shed ramp, installing new porch screen door and repairing large window ledge. All I can say is that he made everything better than new! Couldn’t ask any anyone more professional!"

"The process started with a VKB designer, Sean, coming to our house to look at our bathroom and provide an estimate. A few days later, we went to the VKB showroom and selected our tile with Sean's advice. Five days after that, the remodeling workers began the project. Our project lead was named Jason. VKB left a lock box on the door to our house with our key in it so that we did not have to be at home while they were working. From start to finish the project took 3 weeks. Each day when the workers arrived, they would lay down canvas on the floor from the entrance of the house all the way upstairs to the master bathroom to keep the carpet clean. They would also hang plastic covers over the furniture in our bedroom to protect them from dust. Our garage was used to store a lot of materials, equipment, and trash through the process, so we could not park our car in there. Fortunately, we had easy access to street parking. Each day, Jason would call us in the evening to make sure everything was going okay. He was always very accessible and attentive to our concerns. At the end of the project, our tile selections turned out looking great and all of the finishing details were well done. The custom glass enclosure also looked great and fit perfectly. We used DeckMaster three years ago to clean and coat our deck. Three years later, some cleaning was needed. We called them again, and they responded promptly. The owner, Jose Ugande, came to evaluate the situation. Jose is a no-nonsense professional. The cleaning we were looking for turned out to be a minor thing, easily done by a dishwashing solution.  However, Jose pointed to a problem with our deck (caused by the less-than competent builders 8 years ago) we kind of knew, but never had enough money to address. Jose suggests without any kind of sale pressure. He just shares his knowledge with you, and it's up to you to do anything about it. So, since the money were right, we asked Jose to fix the problem. Then I asked whether he knows anybody who cleans sidings, and he said they do. We knew that DeckMaster using low pressure cleaning, which, presumably, is less damaging (that's why we chose them 3 years ago). So, we gladly hired them to do the entire house siding cleaning.

On the scheduled day, the two workers, Imer and Danilo, arrived. It was hot. Worse - it was raining until about noon. The guys were working fixing the deck as no problem. Very professional, thorough, honest. Moreover, they asked whether I want to wash the siding of the shed we have on our backyard. I told them that it's not included in the agreement, so I have not paid for that. They said "no big deal," and did it.

Next year, our deck is due for re-coating. I've already made arrangements with Jose.

"Daniel and his partner installed new appliances and tile in my kitchen, I had new counter tops installed as well in my kitchen and master bathroom. I also used John Krause for a repair to my shed from water damage again Daniel and his partner did an excellent job for me. Very please with Daniel and his work. I believe Daniel is a sub-contractor for John Krause, but none the less in my opinion he did really good work and communicated with every step of the way."
