"After getting estimates from 2 other contractors, we set up an appointment with Marlon and he was on time. We wanted the old deck (12x12) torn down and replaced with a larger one (16x20). We decided to have the deck flooring with treated lumbar and the railings and ballisters using a composite product Trex for the low maintenance. Everything went on schedule as Marlon stated with the supplies coming within a week and 2-3 days for construction. It took 2 1/2 days with only a couple hours to tear down and take away the old deck. They cleaned up beautifully, nothing for us to do but enjoy our deck. We are very pleased with the work and would definitively hire them again. Marlon and all the crew are very nice and friendly. Marlon always would respond quickly to any emails or phone calls from us. We have gotten a lot of nice compliments from neighbors and family on our new deck."

Our home is around 50 years old. Ours was a large job - around a month and $30,000. We had Triangle Reconstruction come in after another moisture company provided mold remediation and a humidifier. I wish we’d contacted TR to start with. We provided TR with a structural engineering report. They created a plan to exactly meet all of engineer’s concerns. TR used temporary supports and replaced seal plates, girders, and joists for over half of our home. In addition, they poured footers and built new columns. They also added a few additional girders to firm up our floors. They removed and replaced our insulation. They sealed our porch and crawl space, replaced our vapor barrier, and installed a moisture meter. They wrapped our electrical cords and hung them. The people at TR are remarkable. A+++++"
