"Keith and his team had the task of rebuilding a wood deck using Trex. From the first time we met Keith we were impressed with his ability to showcase products, provide recommendations and willingness to do what it takes to get a design that we liked. He made several recommendations and while there was an added cost for some, explained why it should be done.
Keith was very patient and understanding as we visited a showroom to choose the proper colors. Initially, we chose Timbertech but after visiting the showroom we liked a color combo available with Trex. We decided to go with Trex and so far (after 3+ months) we are very happy with the selection.
The team showed up on a Monday to start the work. The old deck was completely removed, new foundation installed to code, and the new deck was built. As the deck took shape, we decided on a few changes (some minor, some major) and Keith was very accommodating. At one point one item was not to our liking, we mentioned it and it was resolved. Keith did not make a fuss or any issues. His goal was to make sure we were happy.
 The job took 4 days and the same guys, including Keith showed up each day. They were very attentive to make sure all garbage was cleaned up every day as well. His workers, including Keith, are hard workers and did what was required to get the job done.
