I am a one man band so to speak. I have lived in Radford VA since 2020 when my wife and I moved from Indiana to help start Ascent Church in Blacksburg VA. \nI have been in remodeling work for the last decade in both Indiana and Virginia. I am also a certified residential maintenance technician, and cabinet builder, and I am a licensed contractor with a Specialty in Home Improvement. I would love to help with your next home project, I am willing to work on the smaller jobs the other guys will say isn't worth their time but would still make your home more yours. \n \nThere is no trip fee for anything within 50 miles of Radford.

"We are pleased to recommend Triangle Reconstruction with our highest praise. It seems too simple to say that they do what they said they’d do, but that’s exactly what happened. Our home is around 50 years old. Ours was a large job - around a month and $30,000. We had Triangle Reconstruction come in after another moisture company provided mold remediation and a humidifier. I wish we’d contacted TR to start with. We provided TR with a structural engineering report. They created a plan to exactly meet all of engineer’s concerns. TR used temporary supports and replaced seal plates, girders, and joists for over half of our home. In addition, they poured footers and built new columns. They also added a few additional girders to firm up our floors. They removed and replaced our insulation. They sealed our porch and crawl space, replaced our vapor barrier, and installed a moisture meter. They wrapped our electrical cords and hung them. The people at TR are remarkable. A+++++"

"They installed our dishwasher where there used to be a cabinet. Our house did not have a dishwasher before so we had gotten the electrical done before Titan came. They installed the plumbing, the dishwasher, made it all look clean and nice by filling in the gaps beside the dishwasher, and installed our counter top all for a very reasonable price! They were very friendly, great at communicating, and made sure we were satisfied with the job when it was completed. I would highly recommend"

"My father and I had an outstanding experience with Gandy's and would highly recommend hiring them. We needed repair to an exterior soffit in a way that secures access for squirrels to break back in to the attic.
