He returned my call, the same day. I found Greg, a pleasure to deal with. I chose his company to call, over 3 other names I felt fortunate, it worked out so well, and I made an excellent choice. "Ivan responded quickly to my inquiry, and he and Noel came to look at what I needed done and gave me an estimate of $600 to install the pull-down attic stair unit i had already purchased. That was half what another "handyman" service had quoted me. They were flexible about scheduling the job, showed up on time, and did a fine job with the installation including adding some wood trim around the new opening in the ceiling. It would have been nice if they'd vacuumed around the work area when they were done as there was sone sawdust, but a very minor point and I didn't even notice the dust until well after they'd finished and left."

"Hector and Moises were excellent! Hector came with one other of their crew and assembled my permanent gazebo. I have stone pavers and they were very careful in cutting them and digging Deep enough to establish a good anchor. They even installed railings for my back stoop. I would highly recommend them!
