"Ron returned our initial call the same day and an appointment for an estimate for a deck renovation was set for the next day. He arrived on time and provided us verbally with a detailed list of the services he would perform and 2 prices...in the spring and right now. This was followed up the next day with a detailed written estimate listing exactly what he had verbally said. We choose to have the job done soon and Ron said they could start the following Monday at 8am. He and his crew showed up on time that Monday and we were introduced to each member of the crew. Throughout the whole project Ron and each member of the crew were courteous and polite whenever we had an interaction with them. Ron never failed to respond to my many questions and was accommodating whenever we made a change to plans as the job progressed. His suggestions when we were stuck on a detail were always well thought out and showed his vast knowledge of decks, railings and fences. The job was completed as on time as the weather allowed and was done to the exact details of the original contract and the few additions/modifications made along the way. The quality of the work done was excellent and we are extremely pleased with our renovated deck and privacy fencing around the pool. "We shopped and spoke with many "facade restoration experts" before choosing to work with High Tech and we are so glad we did our research. Shaiful was by far the most knowledgeable contractor we spoke with and made us feel confident that he was capable of solving our issues.  When it was clear that there was no saving our original cornice, he offered up more than one suitable way forward. We decide to let his crew re-create the original piece from stone. The work they did left us with a beautiful and artistic facade the functions well in collecting rain water from the roof. The crew was respectful, clean and on time. They went above and beyond all of our expectations in touching up every minor detail so that the whole front of the house was left looking brand new. We could not be happier. Our home looks better than we could have imagined. I recommend High Tech Construction with no hesitation.
