With in the week, Jaime arrived to my home and submitted a quote for siding replacement and exterior painting. After receiving a few quotes, I decided to choose Encompass Contracting and it was the best decision. Jaime scheduled to have the building materials delivered and start date for the job. Encompass Contracting crew arrived promptly and began working. During the work I added a few more items for repair, new porch screens, utility building repair / paint and a detailed exterior painting. Jaime had no problem with accommodating my extra request. During the project Jaime was very hands on and had great communication with me. I look forward to my next home improvement and using Encompass Contracting."

"SR Construction was prompt and professional. They patched the EIFS (synthetic) stucco where woodpeckers had been making holes in our siding and our chimney. Prompt, courteous, and professional. I actually couldn't see where the repairs were made as they patched and painted (we supplied the paint due to color matching) and were finished in a very timely manner. After all was said and done they left no evidence of themselves or the woodpeckers. I highly recommend them for your home repairs."

He knowcked off the old stuff and added new. He even helped us choose a color and put everything that needed to be moved back when he was finished. "I hired rob to do some siding work along with some sofit, facia board and new gutter install. The siding work came out great, the paint job matched old paint. The sofit and facia board work turned out beautiful. My problem is with the gutter work. At first i was impressed so i said let me test it. I found a leak on the left side end cap so they came out and fixed it then i noticed the corner piece on that same side leak also so they came back a 2nd time. During that visit they fixed a leveling issue on the right side. It honestly doesnt look right cause the gutter hangs below facia board but i left it alone. Today with the light rain i heard a drip and noticed the right side corner is leaking. I dont intend on calling them back for a 3rd time to fix. I think rob is great, his communication is great. Before he did a final inspection his team walked around and made sure everything was clean. If it wasn't for issues with gutters I'd give him 5 stars but I'd have to knock it down to 3 stars for the 3 call backs and now another leak."

The crew arrived on time but the material was delayed resulting in one lost day of five promised to completion. Day two was great. Day three had a hiccup. Wrong color for corner post delivered. Crew had to remove completed work and shifted to the soffit. Derek hustled to correct the problem and assured us completion on Friday. Day four!!! Six crew members on site! Wallace and his team are a siding machine. Everyone worked together and worked to complete the job by the end of the day. One day early. Super clean up. Nothing left behind. Very very friendly people. Price was higher than pinnacle or champion but we definitely got what we paid for. No regrets. Superior company."
